She has also revealed that salary advances are now available via mobile banking services, enabling customers to access between K1,500 and K25,000 in under 60 seconds, providing quick and convenient financial support.
Ms. Mundia explains that the Switch & Grow Campaign is designed to encourage salaried individuals to channel their income through bank accounts, thereby bringing more citizens into the formal banking system.
She added that the campaign aims to replace inconvenience with opportunity by offering benefits such as cashback rewards on bill payments and card transactions, as well as improved digital connectivity through smartphone-based banking services.
