Zambia has, once again, recorded two podium finishes after coming third in both categories of 4 by 100 meters relay U20 girls and boys in the final races of day 4 at the ongoing CAA U18/20 African Championship in Ndola, Zambia.

This comes exactly 2 days after Zambia recorded her first and second medals, both silver in 400 and 100 meters U20 men through Thomson Mbewe and Chongo Malambo.

The bronze medals, yet to be presented, have been bagged by Edna Ng’andula, Ruth Mutale, Kabinga Mpande and Blessing Miyambo in the U20 girls’ category while Chongo Malambo, Lukundo kapambalala, Joseph Daka and Julio Kapilikisha, have minted the medals in the U20 men’s category.

Team Zambia now stands with a total number of 4 podium finishes, recording 2 silver and 2 bronze medals.

Meanwhile, Zambia’s search for gold in the championship continues with only a day left.
