Residents of Chelstone, Lusaka, are on edge following another attack in the township.
On October 20, 2025, a woman was assaulted around 18:00 by a man acting alone who attempted to steal her valuables, leaving her injured.
Acting Police Public Relations Officer Godfrey Chilabi confirmed the attack, noting that it adds to a growing number of assaults in the area.
Just days earlier, four women were reportedly attacked, heightening fear in the community.
