Today marks 12 years since the death of the Zambia’s fifth Republican President, Michael Chilufya Sata, who died on October 28, 2014, in London, United Kingdom.
Mr Sata, also nicknamed as King Cobra, served as President from September 2011 until his death at the age of 77.
During his presidency, Mr Sata was known for his focus on infrastructure development and his commitment to improving the livelihoods of ordinary Zambians.
