Kenyan President William Ruto has arrived in Zambia to attend the inauguration ceremony of President-elect Hakainde Hichilema, taking place today at National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.
President Ruto landed at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport at 08:40 hours, where he was received by Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development Permanent Secretary for Technical Services Nicholas Phiri.
