The Zambian Premier League has fined Nkana K10,000, following their week three fixture against Green Buffaloes after the club was found guilty of fielding an ineligible player.
As part of the disciplinary ruling, their week three opponents Green Buffaloes have been awarded a 3-0 victory from the match played on 30th August, 2025.
The Football Association of Zambia’s Player Status Committee has emphasized that the fine must be settled within seven days.
Nkana, however, who have confirmed receipt of the judgement say they will appeal the decision before the FAZ Appeals Committee, hoping for a fair consideration.
They say the issue regarding the registration of Nduna Zulu occurred due to a system glitch in registration process.
