The Ministry of Labour and Social Security has fined ZAMS Milling Company K80,000 for breaches of employment contracts and a further K20,000 for failing to provide employees with company policies.
The fines follow an inspection conducted by Labour Commissioner Given Muntengwa.
During the inspection, it was discovered that some employees who had worked for the company for more than a year had employment contracts, while others did not.
