The Energy Regulation Board has launched investigations into suspected fuel contamination at Oasis Service Station along Kamloops Road in Lusaka, following reports from members of the public.
ERB Manager Public Relations Namukolo Kasumpa says inspectors were immediately dispatched to the site and have since collected fuel samples for laboratory testing.
Mrs Kasumpa says the results will guide the Board in reaching a conclusive resolution on the matter.
She says the ERB remains committed to safeguarding consumers and ensuring the supply of high-quality energy products and services.
