The Zambian bodybuilding fraternity is mourning the death of Tryton Fitness proprietor and gym equipment supplier Darlington Katongo, who died on Tuesday.
Katongo reportedly collapsed days after competing in the Mr Kanyama Bodybuilding Competition on Saturday.
In a statement, the bodybuilding community has described his death as a huge loss to the sport and the fitness industry.
The fraternity conveyed its condolences to Katongo’s family, friends and the Tryton Fitness team, while honouring his dedication to bodybuilding and his contribution to the growth of the country’s fitness sector.
