KALABA AGREES WITH NALUMANGO, SAYS OPPOSITION MAY LOSE 2031 ELECTIONS

.

Citizens First President Harry Kalaba has agreed with Vice-President Mutale Nalumango’s statement in Parliament that the opposition, in its current state, is likely to lose the 2031 general elections.

In a statement, Mr Kalaba says the opposition is in a worrying state, with some leaders allegedly prioritising personal political ambitions and individual gains over the interests of Zambians.

He has accused some opposition politicians of using politics for personal enrichment and political advancement, warning that the lack of unity, integrity and credible leadership is undermining public confidence.

Mr Kalaba says the situation should serve as a wake-up call for opposition leaders to reform, restore public trust and put the interests of Zambians above personal ambitions.

He has warned that failure to address these challenges could leave the electorate looking elsewhere for alternative leadership in 2031.
