Resolute Party Candidate Chanda Kabwe has been declared the duly elected Member of Parliament for Kantanshi Constituency.
The former DMMU coordinator polled 10,473 votes, defeating his closest challenger, Dr. Anthony Mumba of the UPND who got 8,391 votes.
Mr. Mumba joined the Patriotic Front-PF- in 2021 after serving the people of Kantanshi as an independent Member of Parliament, but he recently joined the UPND and was adopted as its candidate.
