Paramount Chief Mpezeni will not be buried at the Feni ground royal grave site where his father and other Mpezenis were planted as communicated earlier.
The Ngoni Royal Establishment has told the media that instead, Paramount Chief Mpezeni IV will be planted at his Ephendukeni kraal as per Ngoni tradition.
Gogo Madzimawe disclosed that preparations of the grave site are currently underway and the grave will soon be ready ahead of the burial of the Ngoni ruler.
Gogo Madzimawe says the Ngoni Royal Establishment is currently working with the state and indunas who understand the intricacies of Ngoni tradition to ensure the smooth transition of the Paramount Chief.
Meanwhile Chief Mnukwa has expressed appreciation to the government for according Paramount Chief Mpezeni a state funeral a symbol that the Ngoni Royal Establishment, through Mpezeni, contributed greatly to the development of this country.
