FUEL PRICES REDUCED FOR JUNE 2026

.

The Energy Regulation Board – ERB has reduced the pump price of diesel from K33.99 per litre to K32.11 per litre for the month of June 2026.

In a statement ERB Board Chairperson James Banda says, kerosene has also been reduced from K35.05 per litre to K33.91 per litre, while Jet A-1 has dropped from K37.98 per litre to K36.68 per litre.

Meanwhile, the pump price of petrol has been maintained at K27.15 per litre.

The ERB says the adjustments follow mixed movements in international oil prices during the review period, where the price of petrol continued to rise while diesel and kerosene/Jet A-1 prices declined.

Mr. Banda has further noted that the Zambian Kwacha strengthened slightly against the United States Dollar, appreciating from K18.97 per US Dollar to K18.56 per US Dollar.

.

The revised prices will take effect at midnight on 31st May 2026 and remain in force until the next price review.
