COURT OF APPEAL THROWS OUT NG’ONA APPEAL

The Court of Appeal has dismissed an application by a faction of the Patriotic Front Secretary General Morgan Ng’ona, who sought an interim injunction to restrain faction president Miles Sampa from interfering with his duties and altering party records pending determination of the matter.

The court ruled that the application was improperly before it and ought to have been filed in the High Court.

Meanwhile, speaking to journalists outside court, Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa said the Patriotic Front will remain active and will participate in elections, following the ruling in the matter involving Morgan Ng’ona.
