ISHOWSPEED ARRIVES IN ZAMBIA FOR AFRICA TOUR

American streamer and YouTuber Darren Watkins Jr., popularly known as iShowSpeed, has arrived in Zambia as part of his ongoing African tour.

Speed, who is currently in Livingstone, was welcomed by the Minister of Tourism, Rodney Sikumba, in Zambia’s tourist capital, and has already taken on bungee jumping as one of his first activities in the country.

He is expected to be in Lusaka on Friday, January 9th, 2026, after touring six countries so far, with a goal of visiting 20 in total.

The 2025 Streamer of the Year Award winner began his tour in Angola, before proceeding to South Africa, Mozambique, Eswatini, Botswana and Zimbabwe, and has now added Zambia to his list.

Speed, a well-known fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, has over the years proved to be a natural all-round athlete, competing with several Olympic and professional athletes across different sports disciplines.

He has also expressed his ambition to compete in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, particularly in track events.
