Zambia Police has launched a manhunt for suspects behind a fatal shooting and aggravated robbery in Lusaka’s Woodlands area.
The incident occurred on Monday at a residence on Milima Road, where 56-year-old Chinese national Yu Bin was attacked and later pronounced dead at Maina Soko Medical Centre.
Police Public Relations Officer Godfrey Chilabi says the victim had just returned home from withdrawing money when armed criminals, believed to have been trailing him, shot him and sped off on a motorbike with an undisclosed amount of cash and valuables.
Members of the public with information are urged to report to the nearest police station.
