Zambia’s national futsal team has started its 2026 CAF Futsal Africa Cup of Nations campaign on a winning note after defeating Libya 3-1 in their Group A opening match in Morocco.
The victory gives the Chipolopolo an important three points as they seek to progress to the knockout stage and improve on their best-ever finish of fourth place in 2016.
Zambia will next face tournament hosts Morocco on Wednesday in a crucial Group A encounter as they look to maintain their winning momentum.
