A Zambia Air Force ZAF flight Sergeant has denied defiling and impregnating his 14 year old daughter.
The 41 year old is facing a charge of incest after allegedly defiling and impregnating his 14 year old biological daughter contrary to section 156(1) of the penal code cap 87 of the laws of Zambia.
Appearing before magistrate Kwama Mwamfuli for Defence, the suspect has denied defiling his daughter and later impregnating her.
He has however alleged that his nephew was reportedly found having carnal knowledge of her. He further stated that his brother found the two having sex in the sitting Room.
The ZAF officer has questioned why the nephew was not apprehended so that he can answer to the allegations.
He has also denied the use of the knife purported to have been used to threaten her daughter from screaming.
According to evidence presented before court, on unknown dates but between August 1 and 31, 2024, the suspect returned home drunk and went straight to his daughter’s bedroom, where she was sleeping with her younger sibling aged seven while his wife was sleeping and defiled her.
