President Hakainde Hichilema says no meaningful development can be achieved without proper engagement with youths.
Speaking at Arthur Davison Stadium in Kitwe on the Copperbelt during Youth Day commemorations, President Hichilema says youths are at the center of government’s development agenda.
The Head of State has also assured youths across the nation that his government is working to unlock economic opportunities in various sectors.
He adds that bottlenecks surrounding the Black Mountain in Kitwe will be resolved to enable young people to benefit from the resource but warned against illegal mining.
