The Opposition, Patriotic Front Members of Parliament have demanded the resignation of second Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Moyo.
The PF MPs have accused Mr. Moyo of being impartial in the manner in which he allegedly presides over business in the chamber, thus accusing him of being partisan.
Addressing the media at Parliament Building on Tuesday afternoon, after they had walked out of the house in protest against Mr. Moyo’s alleged conduct, leader of opposition Mr. Brian Mundubile says lawmakers are not happy in the manner the business of the House is being conducted.
Earlier, Mr. Moyo ordered Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa to leave the house after a bitter exchange of words.
