Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga says government places importance on traditional ceremonies because they are a reservoir of Zambia’s cultural identity.

Speaking during a fundraiser for Ukusefya Pang’wena Traditional Ceremony of the Bemba speaking people of Northern Province, Mr. Mulenga notes that the diversity of the 73 tribes is testimony of the peace the nation enjoys and the state will continue to nurture co-existence.
