The bodies of two miners that were retrieved from Sensele Mine in Chingola have been put to rest at Chikola Central Cemetery.
One body was retrieved yesterday and another today May 15th bringing the total number of the retrieved illegal miners to 13.
The Miner who was retrieved yesterday has been identified as 20-year-old Dominic Mukuma from Kitwe while the other one has not been identified.
The two bodies are part of the over 30 reported miners that were trapped after a mine accident in December last year.
Meanwhile Copperbelt Province Permanent Secretary Augustine Kasongo has disclosed at the burial site that a budget has been made to facilitate the retrieval of other remaining bodies in the pit.
