The Ministry of Labour and Social Security has suspended Meat House and Garant Dry Construction Mixtures and imposed administrative penalties totalling K80,000 for failure to comply with labour laws and established policies.
Minister of Labour and Social Security Brenda Tambatamba, together with Labour Commissioner Givens Muntengwa and other statutory bodies, is currently conducting inspections at various companies in Lusaka as part of ongoing efforts to enforce labour standards and ensure full compliance.
