Trial has continued in the Murder Case involving Annie Monta a 31 year old woman of Kitwe district who allegedly killed her husband last year.
Details of the matter are that on 30th April, 2022 the accused Annie Monta allegedly shot dead her husband Richard Chileshe Mbulu, a Kitwe based business man commonly known as Chile 1, after a marital dispute.
Two witnesses today presented their testimonies before the court; one being the younger brother of the deceased, Stanslous Mbulu.
Meanwhile, Kitwe High Court Judge, Evaristo Pengele, has adjourned the trial to January 25th 2023.
