Ndola based Juba Transport says the tanker driver seen in a viral video siphoning fuel alongside unknown people in Lusaka is on the run.
Juba Transport Ndola Branch Manager Kennedy Ngoma says the driver named Kelvin Bimbe was on routine duties to deliver fuel in Lusaka when he was spotted in the incident that went viral Saturday morning.
Mr. Ngoma says the company is saddened by the revelation of its staffer who was not only stealing from the firm but also put the lives of many at risk.
He further says management is willing to meet the unnamed courageous woman who exposed the illegality.
