An expert has testified that James Bwalya, one of the suspects in the abduction of Pamela Chisumpa and 12 others is not fit to stand trial due to personality disorder.
Chainama Hills Hospital Psychiatrist Consultant, Patrick Msoni, says Bwalya has Anti-Social Personality Disorder which makes him lie and have no remorse.
Dr. Msoni says during secondary school Bwalya had conduct disorder which can be traced from his childhood.
He says Bwalya is not able to follow proceedings of the court.
The suspect is jointly charged with Mathews Sikaonga for the offence of abduction, rape, assault and aggravated robbery.
