Between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2024, he allegedly stole K4,044,622.46 and USD11,707.40 intended for various health projects, including the procurement of medical supplies and equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The allegations also include facilitating fraudulent loan payments. Mr. Nsenje is accused of authorizing advance payments of K482,000.00 and K799,082.00 to Valvo Oil Investment Ltd, a company linked to one of his associates. These payments were misrepresented as funds sourced from his associates, but investigations reveal they were withdrawn from a Project Account of the Ministry of Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The DEC has pledged to continue its investigations and bring to justice all individuals implicated in the case.
