According to the court documents, Mr. Lusambo neither reimbursed the money nor relinquished possession of the land as per the agreement, prompting Mr. Kayula to seek legal redress. In response, Mr. Lusambo consented in court to repay the amount owed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Separately, Mr. Lusambo faces additional legal issues. He is set to be transported to Luanshya, where he will be sentenced in an unrelated case involving the assault of two supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
