The individuals involved in the alleged fraud are Hodari Samwela, Assani Feruzi Paula, Walwele Diabuk Gaby, and Ndayi Mwepu Jean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ng\u2019andu has vehemently denied the allegations and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. His legal team, led by prominent attorney Phil Muya, has successfully applied for bail pending trial before Magistrate Idah Phiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The case has sparked widespread interest and concern within the Zambian public, as it involves a high-ranking government official.
