<\/a>Copperbelt Police Commissioner Sharon Zulu has identified the suspects as Thandiwe Phiri, Kangwa Chembeya and Mary Mugala, all of Mindolo Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIt is alleged that on 4th September, this year around at 1400 hours, the suspects were drinking beer at a house which they share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They later invited a mental patient who leaves in the neighborhood and enticed him to take some alcohol before having carnal knowledge, while taking a video of the act which they later circulated on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police say the suspects have been charged with two counts of making and circulation of Obscene material contrary to section 59 (1)(a)(b) of Cyber Security and Cyber Crime Act and Having Carnal knowledge of an imbecile or Person with Mental illness contrary to section 139 Cap 87 of the laws of Zambia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
