The Grandfather to the four-year-old boy of Lusaka\u2019s West Apollo whose condition caused public outcry recently, has revealed the agony of not having to live with the minor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Retired Colonel, Maxwell Mambo, says despite the boy being safe in the hands of the social welfare department, justice must be quickly applied to afford the child a decent lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Col. Mambo says it has been unbearable that the child has been made to live in a safe house, without his relatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But, Ministry of Community Development Permanent Secretary, Angela Kawandami, says the boy is doing fine in a very beautiful environment and no family member will be allowed to see him until at a later stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police Deputy Public Relations Officer, Danny Mwale, says the suspect is in police custody awaiting court appearance once approved by the National Prosecutions Authority.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
