The Lusaka Magistrates Court has found Patriotic Front Member of the Central Committee in charge of Information and Publicity, Rapheal Nakacinda, with a case to answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is in a matter in which Mr. Nakacinda is accused of defaming Republican President Hakainde Hichilema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It has been alleged that, Mr. Nakacinda on December 13, 2021, in Lusaka, with intent to bring the name of Mr. Hichilema into hatred, ridicule and contempt, caused to be published defamatory matter by word of mouth, where he addressed people at the Lusaka High Court that the President had summoned Judges at his private residence intimidating and coercing them to frustrate Patriotic Front’s (PF) legal battles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
