The Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) Director General Nason Banda has revealed that suspected criminals being dealt with by the commission have transgression characters.
Mr. Banda says the Commission’s targeted criminals have hidden their properties abroad resulting in the commission not getting the expected results from an investigation.
Mr. Banda has since called on more collaborations with other countries in order to curb crime.
