Police in Lusaka have arrested a 28-year-old, Gift Banda who is suspected to be the leader of a notorious gang terrorizing Lilanda Estates and Shadreck Area in Lusaka’s Matero Township.
The gang leader, infamously known as Black Fish of unknown house in Matero was found assaulting a 33-year-old man of the same area.
He was picked up during police patrols, following gang activities being reported in the area.
