A teacher in Sinazongwe District, southern province, Cristeta Hanongo has allegedly been stabbed to death by her former husband Chikanya Kanyemba, an accountant under Ministry of Health.
According to sources, the incident happened when the suspect visited her to discuss issues concerning their child who was in hospital for anaemia, when the man quickly got a knife and stabbed her, after a misunderstanding.
Sinazongwe District Education Board Secretary Victor Moyo had confirmed the incident to Diamond news.
