The Pharmaceutical Society of Zambia has expressed happiness that the report from the Parliamentary Committee on Health was not adopted, as it would have been detrimental to the empowerment of citizens and overall development of the nation.
Society President Kennedy Saini says his organization commends the lawmakers and the Ministry of Health for being on the right side of governance by refusing to support the adoption of a report that is counterproductive.
Mr. Saini says the document had details full of misrepresentation of facts in pertinent processes as the Public Procurement Act No 8 of 2020.
