Leya Mukutu Ward Councillor of Kantanshi constituency in Mufulira district, Christopher Lungu, has expressed disappointment over some community members with a habit of throwing garbage in undesignated areas.
The area councilor says it is sad that residents are throwing garbage anywhere without considering the negative impact of the garbage on their health.
He has since called on community members in his ward to work closely with the local authority and ensure that Mufulira becomes the cleanest town on the Copperbelt
