The Zambian government has secured International Resource Holding Limited IRH as its strategic equity partner for Mopani Copper Mines.
Minister of Mines Paul Kabuswe has announced.
He says IRH which is an affiliate company of Abu Dhabi Conglomerate International is expected to stabilise short-term working capital requirements for the mining firm and unlock its long-term potential.

Mr. Kabuswe further says the government through ZCCM – IH and IRH committed to ensuring that Mopani Copper Mines delivers its optimal production levels and becomes a leading Zambian producer of copper and contributes to K 3 million tonnes of copper production per annum by 2032 as set by government.
