Government want contractors who have failed to supply goods to pay back the money they obtained.
Speaking during a media engagement held in Lusaka, Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha has urged the said contractors to avail themselves and inform the government on how they intend to pay back the money.

He says the government will proceed to commence legal action against such defaulters if all alternative dispute resolution methods fail.
Recently, President Hakainde Hichilema had disclosed that the country was losing a lot of money on paying ficticious creditors.
