Scores of Investrust Bank Plc (in possession) depositors, who lined up at the Zanaco Bill Master Cairo branch, were frustrated by delays in accessing their money.
A check by Diamond News found large numbers of people, who expressed dissatisfaction at the slow process at Zanaco Bank, still waiting for representatives from the Bank of Zambia.
One of the depositors, Friday Bwalya, lamented that it has become difficult to make ends meet for his family and pay tuition fees for his children.

Mr. Bwalya has since urged the Central Bank to intervene and assist in restoring order to the situation.
