The Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has recorded a warn and caution statement from former first lady Esther Lungu.
This is in relation to the acquisition and possession of properties reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
In an interview with Diamond News, a lawyer representing Mrs. Lungu, Charles Changano, says the properties in question are situated in Lusaka’s Ibex Hill area.
