The Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has lifted its seizure notice issued on Crest Lodge; a property believed to have been owned by Former Republican President Edgar Lungu. DEC Director General, Mary Chirwa in a letter to Crest Lodge says it has been established that the said property belongs to a Mr. Charles Phiri, and not the former president as earlier suspected.
