The Chinsali Magistrate court has set 29th March 2023 as judgement day in a case of endangering safety of an aircraft.
This is in a matter in which Andrew Kampyongo stands charged with the offense contrary to section 8 of the civil aviation Act, number 445 of the laws of Zambia.
At inception Andrew was jointly charged with 6 others, including his brother Shiwan’gandu Member of parliament, Stephen Kampyongo, who was found with no case to answer.
