
The Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) has announced a breakthrough following a high-level meeting with the Minister of Health, Hon. Dr. Elijah Muchima, and senior ministry officials.
In a statement, RDAZ President Dr. Paul Chibwe says the talks addressed critical concerns affecting resident doctors and the healthcare system.
Dr. Chibwe confirmed that all outstanding matters have been amicably resolved through mutual understanding and collaboration, describing the meeting as productive.
The Association has thanked the government for its openness and commitment to resolving the issues and has commended its members for their unity and patience throughout the process.
RDAZ is urging its members to remain calm as further steps are communicated.
