The onset of the rainy season has brought worry among residents of Kawama West, where feeder roads become impassable after heavy downpours.
All feeder roads in Kawama West of Mufulira district are in a deplorable state, to the extent that vehicles fail to access the area.
A resident, Daudy Kalenga says consecutively, governments have neglected Kawama in terms of development.
Another resident, Jennifer Mwanza, says she has lived in Kawama West for over 50 years, and has seen no development in the area.
