Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) Director, Tonderai Luwisi, has been jailed 20 years for murdering his wife, Pellegia Muligwi.
Facts in this matter are that Luwisi murdered his wife in cold blood after she allegedly told him that their two children were not his.
Luwisi testified that his wife provoked him when she told him that he was not man enough and had found someone better than him.
However, their two children testified that their parents used to fight a lot, forcing them to live separately till the time of murder.
In delivering verdict Tuesday morning, High Court Judge Bonaventure Mbewe has found that Luwisi planned to kill his wife by stabbing her and no effort was made to save her life.
The court has noted that Luwisi was jealous of his wife because he felt she was allegedly unappreciative for the things he had done for her.
The court has further found that Luwisi attempted to commit suicide by stabbing himself on the neck and when he failed, he threw himself on the road.
