President Hakainde Hichilema has with immediate effect appointed new Permanent Secretaries. President Hakainde Hichilema has also dismissed mines Permanent Secretary Sakwiba Musiwa & moved Commerce Permanent Secretary Perpetual Chawe to Cabinet Office under Special Duties.
