Former president Edgar Lungu’s son Daliso has been arrested and charged with money laundering and being in possession of properties reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
His lawyer Charles Changano confirmed to Diamond News that his client appeared before Woodlands Police Station where he was formally charged.
Mr. Changamo says the arrest is in connection to some motor vehicles and immovable properties.
Mr. Lungu is expected to appear in court on 12th July 2023 for plea.
