Police in Kafue District have apprehended over 11 suspected criminals in connection with burglary, motor vehicle theft, and murder cases in Shikoswe Compound and surrounding areas of Kafue District.
Speaking during the display of recovered items, Police Public Relations Officer Godfrey Chilabi says over 19 stolen items have been recovered in Kafue, comprising nine television sets, two computers, six motor vehicles, cellphones, a laptop, and music systems, among others.
Mr. Chilabi says some of the stolen items were recovered in Lusaka’s Mungule, 10 Miles, and Kanyama areas, where some of the suspects were apprehended.
Police have also showcased some of the break-in items, which include knives and lock breakers
