A 60 years old man of Kawama Township in Ndola on the Copperbelt Province, is seeking financial assistance, to enable him to put up hospital bills for a dislocated leg, which has since affected his spine.
Wiseman Sakala narrates that the problem started three years ago when he fell.
Mr. Sakala, who is now confined to a wheelchair, says he was sent to the University Teaching Hospital for three months, where he was asked to pay 70 thousand Kwacha for an operation.
